I need help!

I would love for this site to be re-vitalised and have fresh content added to it.. The problem is I am so short on time it's rediculous. So, I need help. What am I looking for?

Someone who can help me run the site, someone who can find information and tid-bits. Someone who can create graphics/wallpapers/ etc to be put on display on the site. Someone to start and manage a fan fiction area on the site. Someone to help promote and look after the forum of the site. Someone to present ideas to help make this site great.

Sure I understand that when they made 9th Wonders an official fan site, it made it difficult for other sites to co-exist, but it can happen.

Currently i have a 150 page Fanfiction that is sitting on my computer, its a spin off commical spoof of Heroes. With some serious parts inerweaved, New Characters and Old Characters...
